Phoebe provided us with great service, knowledge of the area and pricing. Almost as soon as
we signed the contract, she got to work arranging for walk throughs. There were many and
within 5 days the house was sold; a little less than what was the asking price but it was a cash
offer so that was a big plus. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently by
Phoebe. We had no recent experience selling a home much less in a different state. A neighbor
recommended her and we were glad they did. Phoebe's staff and her referrals to closing
agents, etc. were invaluable in helping us navigate the final stages of the sale of our house.

It’s with great pleasure that I write a review for Phoebe Hoaster. I have known Phoebe for twenty-five years and she continues to amaze me with her command of the real estate market. I have worked with Phoebe as a co-worker in the same office, as the closing paralegal in an attorney’s office on several closings and she has listed and sold property for me. In each of these capacities, she has exhibited excellent work ethics, stellar character attributes, and has been a top producer consistently. How she manages to do all of this in such a friendly, calm and non-pressured manner, I will never know. Being a life-long resident of Glynn County, I know many excellent realtors but there are none better than Phoebe Hoaster for all of one’s real estate needs.

Phoebe was beyond wonderful!! My wife and I have bought several properties over the years
and this was by far the best realtor experience that we've ever had. Phoebe was kind, patient,
and understanding to our needs and wants. Phoebe has been a part of this community for
many years and knows the area extremely well. She also has many contacts for other services
which turned out to be great for us as well. She made sure that everyone else involved in the

Phoebe is a no nonsense kind of girl that is honest and tells it like it is. She was way past 5
stars and I could not have been happier, She offered a suggestion to add some color (flowers)
to the front of my home and wow did it really make a difference. Lived there 38 years but that
little detail made a huge difference to the appearance to the front of my house. She had a
contract in less than 24 hours and a backup offer. I would and do recommend her to any and
everybody that is considering buying or selling. Interviewed 3 agents and there was no doubt
who to hire. Can't say enough good things about her.

Phoebe is the best realtor around. She helped us buy a home last year. Phoebe was patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience with Phoebe. She is very
professional but very personable also. (I've never seen her without a smile on her face!) We
